HGQ Series of High Voltage Solid-state Soft Starter

Application

It applicable for three phase current 3KV,6KV,10KV,15KV of cage type asynchronous and synchronous motor soft start and protection.

Working Principle

Adopt three pair of antiparallel thyristor connected in series into between three phase voltage and ac motor input terminal. Meanwhile through adjusting three standalone antiparallel thyristor module of delayed conduction angle to change the ac input voltage amplitude of motor while to change three-phase input ac current effective value reached constant current starting or by a certain slope curve to achieve starting or stopping purpose. After finishing starting , three-phase bypass contactor can be automatic actuation and motor put into power system operation.

 

Performance and Features

8.  Rated output current (power Settings): when soft starter nominal power is bigger than the actual load power, can within the certain scope to modify soft starter's actual output current, to match it and actual load current, in order to ensure its output power and the actual load power matched with together.
